One Off Cleaning
1. The Cleaning Rate is £11 per hour for End of Tenancy Cleaning, Spring Cleaning, After Builders Cleaning and After Party Cleaning. The cleaning materials and equipment are not included in the hourly rate and are provided separately upon request for £30.
2. The client understands and agrees that the quoted price includes cleaning labour only.
3. The client agrees to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment necessary for the work required if not request from the Company.
4. The client will be responsible at all times for arrangments for access to their homes.
5. In case of cancelation or rescheduling the cleaning service, the client needs to give the Company 24 hours notice, otherwise the client will be charged for the full service.
6. All complaints must be received in writing by letter, fax or e-mail.
7. Professional Cleaning Services – London will not be responsible for any accidental damages worth £50.00 or less.
8. If we need to collect keys from a third party’s address outside the postal code of the serviced address then a £10.00 charge will apply.
9. The client must provide running water, electricity and sufficient light at the premises where the services takes place.
10. The client must make payment either by cash, cheque or bank transfer before the cleaner leaves the client’s premises.

Commecial and Office Cleaning
1. The Cleaning Rate is £10 per hour for commercial and office cleaning, exclusive of cleaning materials and equipment.
2. We provide commercial and office cleaning for a minimum of 2 hours per visit.
3. The client understands and agrees that the quoted price includes cleaning labour only.
4. The clients agrees to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment necessary for the work required.
5. We do not provide cleaning materials and equipment for commercial and office cleaning.
6. The client will be responsible at all times for arrangments for access to their homes.
7. The client may terminate the cleaning contract by giving 2 weeks prior notice. The client agrees to have 2 cleaning visits carried out during the 2 weeks notice period.
8. In case of cancelation or rescheduling the cleaning service, the client needs to give the Company 24 hours notice, otherwise the client will be charged for the full service.
9. All complaints must be received in writing by letter, fax or e-mail.

Domestic Cleaning
1. Cleaning Rate is £8 per hour for regular weekly domestic cleaning and regular fortnight domestic cleaning, exclusive of cleaning materials and equipment.
2. We do not provide cleaning materials and equipment for regular domestic cleaning.
3. We provide regular domestic cleaning for a minimum of 2 hours per visit.
4. The client understands and agrees that the quoted price includes cleaning and ironing labour only.
5. The clients agrees to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment necessary for the work required.
